Process
Eligible parents and students will be required to complete a brief application form to enroll in the loyalty program. Once submitted, applications will be reviewed and verified by our team. The following are the eligibility criteria for the Loyalty Program:
Eligibility
- A child must have completed at least 5 courses or camps at UpStudio Africa. Families with 2 or more children, must have completed a total of at least 4 courses or camps per child. Innovation pop-ups, events, expeditions, and afterschool programs at school sites do not contribute towards this eligibility criteria.
- Parent must follow us on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and X)
- Parents must leave a Google Review
- Parents must have joined our WhatsApp News Channel
Terms and Conditions
- Program Eligibility: All eligibility criterion must be met. There is no flexibility in the criteria provided to ensure fair delivery of the program.
- Loyalty Program Length: The 2024 Loyalty Card will be valid from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
- Loyalty Renewal: After the end of the first loyalty period, loyalty cards will be renewed only if children have participated in at least 3 courses or camps that year.
- Loyalty Payments: Parents eligible, as per the terms and conditions above, are not required to pay to access the loyalty card. A card will be given to you for redeeming benefits.
- Cardholder Responsibility: Lost or stolen loyalty identification should be reported immediately. UpStudio Africa is not responsible for unauthorized card use or lost benefits. Replacement of the loyalty identification will cost TSh. 30,000 per identification.
- Program Modification and Termination: UpStudio Africa reserves the right to modify or terminate the UpStudio Explorer Loyalty Program at any time.
- Discount Validity: Discounts on courses, camps, expeditions and pop-up events are applicable only during the valid loyalty year.
- Partners Offerings: Discounts cannot be applied to courses and/or camps delivered with partner organizations or UpExperts.
- Internship Eligibility: Eligibility for the internship program is contingent on meeting program requirements as well as successfully completing the application and interview processes.
- Mentorship Support: Mentorship is available as needed and is subject to availability.
- Merchandise Distribution: Loyalty merchandize will be distributed based on availability and may vary.
- Communication: Loyalty members will receive program updates and exclusive news via email. Ensure your contact information is up to date.
