Innovation Pop-Ups in each of the four programmatic areas above.
COURSES
Our courses are weekly gateways to innovative learning. UpStudio Africa has over 60 courses to offer our learners across our four programmatic areas. Our courses offer hands-on, project-based, and fun activities to bring learning to life. Our learners attend a session once a week (either during the week after school hours or on Saturdays) for 7-8 weeks to complete a course.
CAMPS
Our camps are week-long programs packed with fun activities across our four programmatic areas. The camps are held during school holidays (e.g. June – August, October midterm, and December breaks). Our camps are fused with content from across our courses to bring a variety of learning experiences to our learners.
Innovation Pop-ups
Innovation Pop-ups are a dynamic and captivating opportunity for young learners to delve into novel and innovative career avenues guided by an array of technical experts across sectors! These technical experts are carefully trained by the UpStudio team to distill intricate subjects into easily comprehensible lessons for children. These immersive sessions, akin to master classes and workshops, provide a sneak peek into a variety of fields, from the enchanting realm of comics to the intricacies of cryptocurrency – all condensed into a captivating and concise one-time experience.
Expeditions
UpStudio Africa’s Discover Expeditions are designed to help children explore and discover the world around them. Students visit innovative partners, such as Air Tanzania, Toyota Tanzania, The Recycler, and more, who are working on exciting new products and services. Each expedition offers hands-on experiences, ranging from getting under the hood experience with an aeroplane or a hybrid car, learning and practicing how to code a smart home product, to blending your own tea blend, and more.
